We understand that life happens. If you are unable to attend for any reason, we will make an exception and transfer your pass to the next year if you email us at info@floorplayswingvacation by Dec. 1st.
After Dec. 10th, you may transfer your pass, but the dinner cost will be non-refundable/transferable.
There are no pass transfers accepted after Dec. 20th.
Passes, contests, and intensives are not transferable to another individual.
Contests and intensives are non-refundable at all times.

How To Register
- Go to the event site and click “Get Your Tickets Now.” If you’re new, click Sign Up. If you’ve attended before, Log In.
- Select your preferred table row and click Add to Cart.
- If you’re signing yourself up, click the link “Select Yourself as the Recipient” then click Add Item to Cart.
- Open the seating chart to view tables. You have two options (pick only one): Dropdown Menu - Select from open seats, or Reserved Seating Code - Enter the code from your table captain.
- Signing Up a Friend or Loved One? Add an item then Click Select Recipient. Type their name in the search box. Select their information. Click Add Item to Cart.
- After adding your event pass, you can either: Go back to add competitions, or Click Proceed to Checkout.
