We understand that life happens. If you are unable to attend for any reason, we will make an exception and transfer your pass until the next year if you email us at info@floorplayswingvacation by Dec. 1st.
After Dec. 10th, you may transfer your pass, but the dinner cost will be non-refundable.
There are no pass transfers accepted after Dec. 20th.
Passes, contests, and intensives are not transferable to another individual.
Contests and intensives are non-refundable at all times.
